The Author

Alan L. McCann

Alan L. McCann is a Catholic writer exploring the intersection of Christian philosophy and contemplative practice. His work draws on the Desert Fathers, Eastern Orthodox tradition, and Catholic mystics to recover the practical wisdom of Christian sanctification.

Born Catholic and raised secular, he spent twenty-five years searching before finding his way back to the Church. Alongside the Way Series, he writes about technology, formal limits, and the human person. He publishes at Vesica Press.
